Receptionist: Falmouth Area

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent Guest Services Relations based in a boutique dog friendly hotel setting, with beautiful surroundings.

We are looking for an all-rounder where no day will be the same. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting clients and providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for overseeing a busy hotel reception desk, giving customers a warm welcome and service with a smile. You will also be able to jump onto other jobs at the establishment such as bar and front of house, where training will be provided.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as if you are from a good admin and customer service background we would love to hear from you also.

The working hours are 40 hours per week with various hours available for example morning or late shifts or full day, with a few days off in between.

Due to the location, it is essential that you drive and have access to a car.

The salary on offer is £11.44 per hour.
