There is now less than one week to go until one of Cornwall’s most loved agricultural shows returns for another summer celebration of rural life

There is now less than one week to go until one of Cornwall’s most loved agricultural shows returns for another summer celebration of rural life.

Stithians Show will take place on Monday, July 13, offering a traditional taste of countryside heritage, a lively atmosphere, and a packed programme with something for everyone.

This year’s event brings together displays and demonstrations, animals, fairground attractions, vintage vehicles, food, crafts, and a wide range of shopping from trade stands and local producers.

Getting to the event

Stithians Show aims to make travel as easy as possible, whether visitors arrive by car, bike or public transport.

By car & bike

The showground is well signposted from the A30, A39, A393 and A394. SatNav users should enter TR3 7DP, then follow official signs as they approach the site.

Anyone with a show‑issued vehicle pass or disabled badge must ensure it is clearly displayed before arriving.

By public transport

Transport for Cornwall encourages visitors to travel by bus, train or park‑and‑ride. The number 36 bus stops directly at the showground.

Choosing public transport helps reduce congestion and supports cleaner, greener events across Cornwall. Journey planning is available at transportforcornwall.co.uk.

Parking

There is ample free general public parking, with car parks opening an hour before the show (show opens at 8am). Some queuing is expected at peak times, and visitors are asked to be patient when arriving or leaving.
