A Nepalese restaurant in Cornwall will be hosting a fundraising event this month to support those affected by the severe flooding in Nepal earlier this year.
On Wednesday, October 14, Nepalese Gurkha Restaurant will hold its charity day in aid of the Nepal Flash Flood Emergency Appeal.
The restaurant - which also has branches in Camelford and Falmouth - hopes to raise as much as it can to help communities impacted by the disaster, which killed more than 1,000 people in August.
Diners will be able to enjoy a buffet‑style meal, along with music, community activities, and a raffle throughout the day.
Tickets cost £20, but numbers are limited. They can be purchased directly from the restaurant on Green Lane, Redruth.
