Tech Cornwall is excited to announce a run of lively and engaging events to support tech founders and future entrepreneurs in Cornwall.
Demo Night Cornwall, run in partnership with Canopy Community, is a series of events running throughout the year, leading up to the flagship tech startup event, Cornwall Slush’D, on Wednesday 17th September 2025.
The first Demo Night will take place during UK Tech Week at FibreHub, Pool, on Wednesday 19th March, 2025 from 6pm, and Tech Cornwall welcomes adults of all interests and backgrounds to take part, no experience necessary.
Startups face failure rates as high as 90% in their early years. Demo Night is designed to combat startup failure and provides a platform to overcome these challenges by fostering collaboration, feedback, and innovation. Inviting founders to learn, grow, and refine their ideas in a friendly and inclusive setting.
At the event, Founders will present their ideas, products, or services to a diverse and energetic audience of local industry experts, tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
In addition to the presentations, where audiences will provide the Founders with real-time feedback using tools like Mentimeter, there will be opportunities for attendees to network and share insights with an international audience.

The events will run from 6-8:30pm to 8, with the opportunity to get hands-on coding experience in the Tech Jam Late session, prior to the Demo Night presentations at 7pm.
Anyone wishing to attend the event can book tickets through the Tech Cornwall website. Entry is free to Tech Cornwall and Canopy Community Members. General admission is £10.
