Terms and Conditions:

1. No cash alternative and if the winner doesn't spend the full £10,000, the winner will not receive the remainder of the money.
2. Advertising campaign must start before 1st May 2025
3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions at that time
4. No purchase is necessary but can be used as part payment for a higher valued campaign
5. Can be used with sponsorships, web adverts and airtime, but does not include commercial production costs - these can be purchased separately if required - but is not a condition of entry
6. Only open to businesses based in Cornwall
7. Cornwall's Rewind Radio staff and family are exempt from the competition
8. Advertising must be used for a business based in Cornwall
9. Competition entries close at midnight on 31st of March 2025
10. A draw will take place on the 2nd April 2025 at midday and the winner will be contacted by phone and email
11. Entrants must be 18 or over
12. A valid email address is required, it is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct and up to date details when entering the competition. Cornwall's Rewind Radio cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information
13. The prize is provided and arranged by Cornwall's Rewind Radio, who will liaise with the winner
14. Any pictures depicting the prizes on any media are indicative only
15. Cornwall's Rewind Radio may request the winners participation in publicity arising from the giveaway, however this isn't condition of entry
16. Bulk entries from individuals will be disqualified
17. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained
