Environmental & Sustainability Advocate

Sponsored by Cormac:
Do you know someone who truly cares about Cornwall’s environment? Or someone taking action to create a more sustainable future? Nominate them for our ‘Environmental & Sustainability Advocate Award’ sponsored by Cormac.
The Environmental & Sustainability Advocate Award recognises individuals or organisations who are committed to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable practices within their communities.
This could include raising awareness of environmental issues, leading local initiatives, influencing behaviour change, or developing innovative solutions to environmental challenges. Efforts may range from small, grassroots projects to larger campaigns, and all contributions are valued for the difference they make.
Recipients are often passionate about creating a better future and encouraging others to take responsibility for the environment. Their work may focus on key issues such as climate change, waste reduction, conservation, or improving local environments, helping to drive positive and practical change.
In addition to their direct impact, many nominees inspire others to take action, creating a ripple effect that extends beyond their initial efforts. They may engage communities, educate others, or lead by example in adopting more sustainable ways of living and working.
This award highlights the importance of environmental responsibility and celebrates those who are actively working towards a more sustainable and positive future.
