The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Radio Sales Superstar. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with local businesses to create impactful advertising campaigns that drive results and grow their brands. If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a love for radio, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
• Develop and present customised advertising proposals that effectively communicate the value of radio advertising in reaching their target audience.
• Work closely with clients to execute advertising campaigns, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling radio ads that resonate with listeners and drive results for our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Passion for radio and a deep understanding of its unique advantages as an advertising medium.
• Grades A-C in English and Maths at GCSE level and competent in IT to include Word, Excel and Team's
