2. A valid email address is required, it is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct and up to date details when entering the competition. Cornwall's Rewind Radio can't be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information.
3. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.
4. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Cornwall’s Rewind Radio and Aqua Rod South West, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the station are not eligible to enter.
5. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the details provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner selected.
6. The Prize is non-transferrable.
7. Prize Collection: The Business providing the prize will contact the winner.
8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to have their name and/or voice used in promotional material related to the competition.
9. Fair Play: Any attempts to cheat, manipulate, or unfairly influence the outcome will result in disqualification.
10. Changes & Cancellations: Cornwall’s Rewind Radio reserves the right to amend these terms, withdraw, or modify the competition at any time without notice.
11. Liability: Cornwall’s Rewind Radio is not responsible for any technical failures, incorrect entries, or any issues outside of its control that may affect participation.
12. Entries before 2pm on a Friday will qualify for the weekend draws - after 2pm you will be entered into the Monday draw.
13. Each participant is eligible to win only once for the duration of the competition.
