Seasalt Cornwall is pleased to announce a partnership with Cornwall Pride for 2024.
The charity is the biggest LGBTQ charity in Cornwall and holds its Falmouth Pride event in Seasalt’s hometown on April 27th.
The collaboration represents a union of shared objectives and aspirations for a more inclusive and sustainable Cornwall.
Seasalt Cornwall's dedication to ethical practices and community involvement mirrors what Cornwall Pride strives to achieve – creating a welcoming environment where every individual, irrespective of their background, feels valued, heard, and celebrated.

Seasalt promotes an inclusive culture company-wide and is proud to have a strong LGBTQ employee community.
As an organisation, it looks to create impactful initiatives that support LGBTQ employees and a welcoming environment where every employee feels supported and valued.
This has included an inclusive uniform policy, pronouns on email signatures and a thriving network of Inclusion Reps and Outreach Ambassadors that create immersive experiences to drive positive change throughout the business and communities.
It will also be rolling out pronoun badges across its retail stores nationwide later this month.
