Chef at a Cornish Kitchen

The positions are based in the picturesque coastal town of Bude. 🏖

They are recruiting for the following positions:

👨‍🍳 Head Chef - £16p/h
- Cornish menu creation
- Kitchen Management
 - High Standards of food safety

👩‍🍳 Junior Sous/Strong CDP - £14 -£14.50

- Stepping-in, in the absence of the head chef
- Training & guiding chefs
 - Stock ordering

👨‍🍳 Pastry Chef £14.50 p/h
- Creation of pastry for kitchen
- Afternoon Tea offering
 - Doing Cornish deli treats

🥕 Chefs will have use of a Cornish market garden and growing schedules & cold smokers to create exciting dishes.

🕰 Hours will be based on 40-45 hr weeks - year-round work
