Cornwall Air Ambulance Triathlon with a difference

Suitable for all skill levels – novice or season triathlete - the Swim-SUP-Run race will sure challenge you in all the right places. We are replacing the standard bike leg with the SUP so grab your board, bring your energy and race to victory.

Taking place at Siblyback Lake, Liskeard, the triathlon will start with a 750m lake swim.

Once completed and after a quick transition, you’ll pick up your SUP and jump aboard for a 1.5km paddle before returning to the transition area. Here you’ll leave your SUP and get your trainers on for the final leg, a 5km loop around the lake.

The race is open to both individual and relay entries so if you don’t fancy doing all three disciplines, grab a mate or two and do one each! All entrants must be 16+ years old.
