FREE TALK - How to develop inner peace through meditation

In our busy modern lives it can sometimes feel like peace is a whole world away.

In this series of FREE talks, we will look at how simple meditation techniques coming from Buddhist wisdom can help us to develop peace within our own mind.

These techniques when put into practice can help us to find the peace we are looking for in our every day life, reduce our stress and improve our well-being

The talk will include an opportunity to take part in guided meditation. We sit on chairs, and no exercise is involved.
