Join us for a brilliant range of free fitness class and gym tasters as we look to help you with your summer fitness journeys, let our fabulous team get you on track with your physical, social and mental well being. We also have a great programme on offer in our swimming pool with laned swimming, aqua aerobics, aquasplash pool inflatable and family fun with floats.
