Rainbow Run Cornwall 2023

It's more than a run, it's a day of rainbow fun!

Rainbow Run is a 5k, untimed fun run. From 5km fanatics to first time runners, walkers, the over fives to teenagers and even spectators, everyone can enjoy the brightest most colourful run of the year!

The event village will be full of stalls, food vendors, bouncy castes, rides, entertainment Rewind Radio and music from DJ in Cornwall!

Simply don your white t shirt and paint throwers at each of the 7 stations will cover you from head to toe in different coloured power paint, finishing the race covered in glorious rainbow colours! There are no winners or race times, it's all about having fun and every participant will receive a Rainbow run medal as they cross the finish line.

For every £20 you raise, you will help to provide 1 hour of vital care for children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Your fundraising efforts really will make such a difference and help brighten families lives in their darkest times.
