For the first time in three years, the Redruth St Piran's Day Celebration is back!
A full day of celtic celebrations:
- 10am until 3pm – The Town Market – food, crafts and engagement stalls on Fore Street, Green Lane, Market Way and Market Hall
- 10am until 3pm – Vintage Vehicles on Alma Place
- 10am until 3pm – Children’s Carousel on Fore Street
- 10am until 3pm – FREE St Piran’s Day Printing at Kresen Kernow
- 10am – The grand unveiling of the refurbished Murdoch House with the Town Mayor. The House will be open all day, with light refreshments, storytelling, film shows and interactive exhibits.
- 10am – Hellfire Kernow badge making workshop with Golden Tree in Redruth Library from 10am - 1pm
- 10am – Bagas Crowd at The Miner Statue
- 11am – Parade sets off from Lemins Court (behind the Regal) led by Redruth Town Band and with Penkevyll the Oss
- 11.30am (approx) – The Trelawny Shout at The Miner Statue
- 12pm – Parade finishes back at Lemins Court
- 12pm – Red River Singers (After the parade) at The Miner Statue
-12:30pm – Raffidy Dumitz in St Rumon’s Gardens
- 12.30pm – Maids of Melody in Market Hall
- 1pm – Redruth Amateur Operatic Society at The Miner Statue
- 1pm – Ground based circus skills workshop outside the Regal from 1pm until 3pm, and stilt walkers around town
- 1.15pm Raise the Ruth in St Rumon’s Gardens
- 1.15pm – Ingleheart Choir in Market Hall
- 2pm Riverside at in St Rumon’s Gardens
- 2pm – Red River Singers in Market Hall
- 2pm – Redruth Festival Band and Tatters Morris at The Miner Statue
