Truro’s late-night shopping starts on Wednesday 26th November this festive season.
There are four Wednesday Late Night Shopping evenings and an extra Late Night Shopping on Monday 22nd December.
See the City Centre Christmas Lights illuminating Truro whilst you shop, eat and drink.
Many shops will be open until 9pm and both The Truro Christmas Market & Boscawen Street Christmas Market will be open until 9pm.
The first evening kicks off with the Father Christmas Parade at 6:30pm from Boscawen Street, featuring Father Christmas in his sleigh, elves, local performers and entertainment beforehand at 6pm from Rock Choir Cornwall. Organised by Truro BID and sponsored by Coodes Solicitors, the parade is inspired by Hall for Cornwall’s Aladdin show.
Main streets will be traffic-free all day, with Boscawen Street Christmas Market hosted by Truro Farmers Market, Cornwall Shop Small and Truro BID.
The Truro Park & Ride will operate later service on Late Night Shopping evenings, with the last service leaving the city at 9.30pm
