Penwith College is proud to announce the upcoming student art exhibition, "Illuminate," featuring a dazzling array of artistic mediums and talent. From June 26th to June 30th, Penzance School of Art, located on Morrab Road, will transform into a vibrant gallery space, showcasing the creative prowess of students from UAL vocational courses, A-Level, Degree-level courses, Access courses and part-time leisure courses.
Free to attend and open to all, "Illuminate" promises to be a celebration of artistic diversity, highlighting works spanning fine art, graphic design, photography, ceramics, mixed media, 3D textiles, jewellery making, stained glass, sculpture, woodcarving and printmaking. This comprehensive exhibition will offer visitors a unique opportunity to explore the multifaceted world of contemporary artistry while engaging with the next generation of artistic visionaries.
From intricately crafted ceramics to evocative photography, each piece on display represents the culmination of countless hours of dedication, experimentation, and creative exploration. The exhibition will provide a platform for students to share their unique perspectives, narratives, and techniques with the community, fostering dialogue and appreciation for the arts.
