The summer months can feel like an expensive time but Better leisure centres in Cornwall can help keep kids occupied for less than £10.
Activities on offer include Tots Tennis in Bodmin for £5.50, Aqua Play in Liskeard for £7, soft play from £3.95 in Newquay and St Austell, Junior Gym for £5.50 in all centres, Junior Pickleball in St Ives for £5.50, trampolining in Newquay from £8 and £1 swims for children during Swim for All sessions in every centre.
Operating under the Better brand, GLL is the not-for-profit social enterprise that runs leisure centres in Bude, Saltash, Liskeard, St Austell, Newquay, Bodmin, Truro, Helston and St Ives on behalf of Cornwall Council.
“We know how expensive it can be to keep children active, motivated and happy during the school holidays and our team has worked hard to put programmes in place that don’t cost the earth,” said Karen Edmond, Cornwall Community Sport Manager.
“Prices range by activity and leisure centre, and online booking is highly recommended.
“Visit individual websites to see what’s available.”
