Each fun-packed day includes:
• 🌈 Themed dance routines in different styles
• 🧘♀️ Yoga, movement games & well-being activities
• 🎨 Creative, mindful arts & crafts
• 🍽️ A healthy hot meal & fruit snacks
• 😌 Calming guided relaxation to end the day
These sessions are all about movement, creativity, confidence, and well-being in a safe, supportive environment.
