The Old Ale House pub offers a wide range of beers, ales, cider and spirits, with friendly welcoming staff. It has a quirky atmosphere with saw dust on the floor, free monkey nuts and a cozy feel. (***Nut Allergies Beware***)
For permanent residents in Cornwall, (you don't need to be Cornish)!
How it works;
Ticket Holders to arrive between 6pm and 6.45pm. We suggest grabbing yourself a refreshing drink from the downstairs bar on entrance, and then head to our reserved upstairs area with your drink, to sign in, meet our host and chat to fellow daters.
First bell rings by 7pm to signal the start of dating, please be ready.
🛎 For the speed dating segment -
Ladies stay seated, Gentlemen rotate when the bell rings!
Five minutes per date, up to 14 dates each! Plus mingling opportunities throughout, with intervals in between for toilet breaks and a drink top up.
Fill in your scorecard as you go, simply write your date's name and indicate if you want to see them again.
Hand in your completed scorecards to the host before you leave the venue. Match results are sent to you via email, the following day, along with their phone numbers. Who makes the next move, is up to you....
