The Cornwall College Group (CCG) has announced the formation of a new Business Partnership & Growth Team as part of its ambitious 1000 Futures campaign, an initiative to create 1,000 new apprenticeship opportunities across Devon and Cornwall.
As an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship and training provider, Cornwall College Group is committed to delivering high-quality skills training that drives business growth and supports the region’s future workforce.
The new team, led by Business Partnership and Growth Manager, Hailey Collins, brings together a group of highly experienced Business Partnership Advisors (BPAs) dedicated to building strong relationships with employers, supporting business growth, and ensuring more people across Devon and Cornwall gain access to high-quality apprenticeship and training opportunities.
Working in collaboration with Curriculum Teams and Apprenticeship Advisors, the BPAs will act as the main point of contact for employers, identifying workforce development needs, promoting the Group’s wide range of apprenticeship standards, Skills Bootcamps and adult funded provision. This integrated approach ensures that businesses receive flexible, responsive, and high-quality solutions to meet their current and future workforce development needs.
