The Eden Project is closing out 2025 by unveiling a selection of showstopping images by world-renowned and award-winning garden and flower photographer Clive Nichols.
As the charity looks to celebrate its 25th year in 2026, the newly-released imagery shines a spotlight on the magnitude and wonder of the iconic Biomes and their beautiful surroundings.
The images were shot by Clive, who was voted Britain’s best garden photographer by Canon Photo Plus, across two sessions in May and September this year, capturing two distinct seasons and highlighting the Eden Project as a must-visit destination all year round.
The vivid visuals show the incredible structure of the Biomes in their impressive outdoor setting – a former china clay pit, transformed into a vast and rich global garden – as well as offering a snapshot of the horticultural delights housed within them.
Combined, the Biomes and Outdoor Gardens offer roughly 30 acres for visitors to explore, where they will uncover impressive displays, exhibits and artworks. Throughout each year, seasonal events and the incredibly popular Eden Sessions breathe further life, colour and vibrancy into the site.
With over 30 years of experience, Clive has photographed many of the world's best gardens, with his passion for the subject coming across in every image that he makes. His work has appeared in hundreds of books as well as in countless magazines, calendars and brochures. Clive regularly gives master classes in flower and garden photography for The Royal Horticultural Society.
