Cornwall-based lettings, sales and property management company Lang Llewellyn & Co has expanded into St Austell following the acquisition of RPM Lettings.
The move marks another significant step in the company’s growth across Cornwall and strengthens its presence in the mid-Cornwall rental market.
RPM Lettings will continue operating locally powered by Lang Llewellyn, ensuring continuity for landlords and tenants while benefiting from the wider support, systems and expertise of the Lang Llewellyn team.
Experienced property professional Elliott Newman will head up the St Austell office, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the area with a strong focus on customer service and professional property management.
