Countdown Begins for Cornwall’s Favourite Indoor Christmas Market

The countdown has begun for Cornwall Gold’s indoor Christmas market. Running from 4th to 7th December, visitors will be able to get their Christmas shopping wrapped up in the bustling Christmas market whilst surrounded by Cornish history.

Following the success of their inaugural Christmas market in 2024, which drew over 2,000 visitors, this year’s event is set to be bigger and better and still free to enter. Their award-winning café, The Cornish Pantry, has recently undergone a revamp whilst their Grade II Listed Tolgus Mill now benefits from informative and insightful new signage. Along with their jewellery showroom and daily performances from local choirs, including Redruth School, Treleigh School and the Red River Choir, this really is a Christmas market like no other.

This year, shoppers will be able to take advantage of over 50 local stall holders with everything from handmade ceramics to sustainably produced food available. Names to look out for include The Cornish Chocolate Company, Tan Dowr, Cornish Botanical Imprints, Jimagination Creations, Kelmi Kraft and Kernowcoast Creative to name but a few. In addition, The Bearded Brewery will be serving up warming mulled cider whilst on Thursday and Friday, Sadie Jill Photography will be on hand to create heart-warming photo keepsakes. Plus, Father Christmas has confirmed he will be making time in his busy schedule to make an appearance each day!

As Cornwall Gold Managing Director Mike Taylor explains “Building off the back of an immensely successful Christmas market last year, we are delighted to have expanded our offering for 2025. We have found the space to accommodate more stall holders whilst giving The Pantry a make over ready for the event. As a celebration of Cornish history, Cornish people and local Cornish businesses, we are now an  annual showstopper.”

Running from 10am until 4pm on the 4th to 7th December, visitors to Cornwall Gold’s Christmas Market will be able to park for free, bring their dogs and enjoy some festive time indoors with their family. With delicious food, plenty of shopping choices, free family fun and no need to worry about time limits on the parking charges, it’s the perfect way to get your Christmas wrapped up.
