SUMMER SOCIALS: SILENT DISCO
Five summer dates | May to September | Free entry | 2–7pm
As golden hour fades into evening, the beach becomes home to a series of relaxed family-friendly silent discos on the sand.
From 2pm, expect a laid-back atmosphere with pop-up bars, street food, beach games (cornhole, Jenga, boules, Kubb) and Kids’ Zone activities like kite-making, flower crowns and beach Quidditch.
Then from 5–7pm, uplifting tunes will soundtrack the sea, sky and dancers when the silent disco kicks off. All free to attend, and all ages welcome.
Brewery bar partners Sharp’s will be serving their craft pours, along with casual dishes from an open-air kitchen and a rotating selection of guest food traders.
The first event takes place on Saturday 23 May. Next dates are: 20 June, 25 July, 22 August and 5 September.
SILENT DISCO YOGA
25 May | More dates in July & August tba
Hundreds of yogis are set to gather on the sand as Silent disco yoga returns to Watergate Bay on 25 May, transforming the beach into an open-air studio shaped by sound and sea.
The Ocean Flow crew blend Vinyasa flow with a mellow soundtrack brought to guests through wireless headphones, while expert instructors guide each movement in real time. Immersive and meditative, these sessions align breath, body and music with the shoreline.
Open to all levels, these laid-back coastal sessions offer a chance to switch off, tune in and move with the rhythm of the ocean. Tickets are £14 and available here.
